9:00-13:00 / Hotel Dei Cavalieri, Caserta
On September 23, 2026, Hotel Dei Cavalieri in Caserta hosted the ROOTED ROOFTOP event, a landmark meeting focused on inclusive recruitment and connecting local employers with job seekers. Facilitated by Roberto Greco, the morning began with an orientation session for local businesses highlighting the benefits and operational framework of subsidized employment. Following a preparatory briefing led by staff from the local Public Employment Centre (CPI Caserta) and Job Coaches from the ATOA Employment Agency, long-term unemployed participants engaged in intensive Job Speed Dating sessions, completing direct job interviews with attending companies. The event provided a vital practical platform for candidates to demonstrate the skills developed throughout the project, build interview confidence, and establish concrete connections for future workplace placements.
