Rooted Rooftop #2 – A Successful Event!
On 26 February 2026, we met in Piaseczno for the second Rooted Rooftop event organised within the Ro(o)tation project. It was an afternoon filled with inspiration, practical learning and technological exploration.
The theme of the meeting was: “AI in the Polish Labour Market: Recruitment and Career Development”
Artificial intelligence has become one of the most relevant topics for employers, HR professionals and job seekers alike. Together, we explored how AI can effectively support recruitment processes and career development.
The workshop was led by Swietłana Agoszkowa-Grala, a certified IT specialist and graduate of the SGH & Google programme “Using AI for Business Development”, with over 200 hours of training experience. She demonstrated in a clear and practical way how to use AI tools responsibly and effectively.
Participants included:

long-term unemployed individuals,
employers and HR specialists.
The event was another important step in building the local employment community in Piaseczno – a space based on empathy, collaboration and shared learning.
Key topics covered during the workshop included:
using AI to improve candidate sourcing,
creating tailored CVs and preparing for interviews,
critical thinking and quality control of AI-generated content,
risks such as bias, hallucinations and data privacy concerns.
Participants received a prompt library, quality checklists and practical recruitment templates.
Rooted Rooftop continues to bring together curious, open-minded individuals willing to explore innovation and learn from one another.
