FAQ for workers
Do I need to live in the areas of Caserta or Piaseczno?
Yes, participation is limited to these two pilot areas. Not only the cities, also the surrounding areas.
Is this a training or a job?
It’s both — you will receive training, therapy, and a paid employment experience designed for your skills.
When does the programme start?
Recruitment opens in early 2026. You can register your interest now.
What kind of jobs are available through Ro(o)tation?
Jobs are created through job carving, meaning that tasks are tailored to your skills and interests. These may include administrative, creative, manual, or service-related roles, depending on local employers’ needs.
How long does the employment experience last?
Each subsidised job typically lasts around 12 months, with continuous coaching and mental health support throughout your participation.
Will I receive a salary during my participation?
Yes. All participants in subsidised employment receive a regular salary, in line with national labour laws and the standards defined by the project partners.
Is there any cost to join the programme?
No. Participation in Ro(o)tation is completely free of charge for all selected participants.
What kind of psychological support will I receive?
You will take part in individual and group psychotherapy sessions, guided by qualified professionals, to help you manage stress, build confidence, and improve wellbeing at work.
Can I join Ro(o)tation if I am currently receiving unemployment benefits or disability support?
Yes, as long as participation complies with national regulations. Our local partners will help you clarify your individual situation before starting.
How are participants selected?
Selection is based on your motivation, personal needs, and the results of an initial interview and psychological assessment. The process is supportive, not competitive.
What happens after the project ends?
Ro(o)tation helps you plan your next steps — continuing employment with your host employer, finding a new job, or developing your own project with ongoing coaching and guidance.
Can family members or caregivers be involved?
Yes. Family members and caregivers can be included in some support and educational activities to strengthen your long-term wellbeing and independence.
