Whether you are an employer seeking to build a diverse workplace, or a worker looking for new opportunities and support, or a potential partner, looking at giving a contribution to the project, your journey toward inclusion starts here.
Together, we create local “Rooted Rooftop Communities” — places where people, companies, and professionals grow side by side, supported by psychotherapy, coaching, and financial education.
Join the Ro(o)tation network and grow inclusion together.
