The Diversity Celebration meeting, taking place on 5 February 2026 at the Municipal Library in Piaseczno, is a local event aimed at supporting the employment opportunities of long-term unemployed individuals, including people on the autism spectrum, and fostering dialogue with employers and labour-market institutions. The event is addressed to residents of Piaseczno and the surrounding district, potential employers, HR professionals, and specialists working in the field of neurodiversity. The programme includes practical workshops on preparing an effective CV, making a strong first impression during recruitment processes, and consciously communicating neurodiversity in the labour market. An important part of the meeting will also focus on the strengths of neurodivergent individuals, as well as recruitment barriers and challenges. The event will conclude with hands-on work on participants’ CVs, a summary of good practices, and a Q&A session.
