The second Diversity Celebration meeting, held on 11 December 2025 at the Piaseczno Entrepreneurship Centre, continued the series of 12 workshop-based events supporting long-term unemployed individuals—including those on the autism spectrum—and local employers interested in building neuro-inclusive workplaces. Participants took part in highly engaging workshops focused on employer–candidate communication and preparing for effective collaboration, with sessions praised for their practical value, interactivity and relevance. Separate workshops for jobseekers and employers explored, respectively, developing personal career agency and understanding the conditions for wage subsidies and inclusive employment of neurodivergent candidates. The event concluded with a joint Q&A session and an overview of next steps, which will be developed through the upcoming monthly meetings. Once again, the gathering demonstrated the strong commitment of the local community to fostering an open and inclusive labour market.
