The first Diversity Celebration meeting, held on 19 November 2025 in Piaseczno, launched a series of 12 workshop-based events designed to support long-term unemployed individuals—including those on the autism spectrum—as well as employers and institutions committed to creating neuro-inclusive workplaces. The event focused on education, integration and awareness-building, offering both participants and representatives of supporting organisations the opportunity to share experiences and expectations. A key part of the meeting was an educational session on understanding autistic cognition and designing work environments that reflect neurodiversity. The event concluded with a summary of insights, an outline of the next support steps, and the formal enrolment of the first project participants. These monthly workshops will continue throughout the project, strengthening community cooperation and promoting an inclusive labour market across the region.
