From 26 to 30 October 2025, the partners of the Ro(o)tation project met in Italy for the official Kick-Off Meeting, hosted by Didaxé in Caserta. The event strengthened international cooperation, allowing partners to define project activities, tools, communication methods and timelines while getting to know one another as teams and organisations. A key highlight of the visit was participation in the Italian Rooted Rooftop community event, which brought together local partners, potential beneficiaries and social organisations. This visit marked one of the first Polish-Italian study exchanges, which will continue throughout the project in both Caserta and Piaseczno to foster shared learning, promote good practices and build cross-border collaboration for the benefit of local communities. The meeting concluded with a clear roadmap for joint actions and strengthened relationships that will guide the project’s next stages.
