On 23 October 2025, Piaseczno hosted the official launch of the Ro(o)tation project and the first Rooted Rooftop community meeting, dedicated to long-term unemployed individuals, local employers, and the wider community. The event brought together representatives of local authorities, labour-market institutions, universities, social organisations and partners from Poland and Italy, creating an inspiring space to discuss inclusive and future-oriented employment solutions. Participants learned about innovative approaches to job integration, the role of neurodiversity and wellbeing, and the importance of financial education in returning to work. The meeting marked the beginning of the Rooted Rooftop community – a platform connecting jobseekers, employers and experts to build a more inclusive labour market in Piaseczno and the surrounding region. The event concluded with an open invitation for residents and businesses to join and co-create this growing network of local support.
