Together for Inclusive Employment

Ro(o)tation brings together committed organisations from Poland and Italy, working hand in hand to promote inclusive, sustainable employment for long-term unemployed people — especially those on the autism spectrum.
This European partnership combines expertise in education, social innovation, mental health, and labour inclusion, creating a strong cross-country alliance to test and scale new models of support.

Our Network

The Ro(o)tation network connects Polish and Italian stakeholders from different sectors — public, private, academic, and civil society — following the Quadruple Helix Model.
Through this cross-border cooperation, the project builds bridges between mental health, education, and employment to create sustainable pathways to inclusion.

FIIW is a Polish foundation specialising in social innovation, education, and labour market initiatives. It coordinates international partnerships and ensures strategic, financial, and scientific management of Ro(o)tation.

🇮🇹 Didaxé Cooperativa Sociale a R.L. (Didaxé) – Italy

Role: Implementation partner and leader of Italian activities
Didaxé is a social cooperative based in Caserta, Turin and Cellole, working for inclusion through education, vocational training, and social employment. It leads the activities in Italy, including psychotherapy, job carving, and employer engagement.
