The 8th Italian Diversity Celebration Event focused on core teamwork dynamics under the theme “From Group to Team”. Facilitated by psychologist Laura Guardascione, participants explored strategies for workplace resilience, conflict management, and assertive communication using the DESC model. Through practical activities such as co-creating a “Team Charter” and exploring a “First-Month Workplace Survival Kit,” participants gained clear strategies for workplace integration. This workshop directly prepares participants to put these practical communication skills into practice during the upcoming “ROOTED ROOFTOP” event on September 23, 2026, featuring direct interviews with employers and HR managers.
